Speakercraft have satisfied demand with a variety of different models. The Aim Wide was originally designed to create a diffused rear sound field for a home cinema. But it has become clear that customers are also interested in using this speaker in high-performance multi-room audio installations.

Although the Aim Wide has the same footprint and bass drivers as the Aim 8, the rest of the speaker is a big departure from that familiar format. The unique dual mid-tweeter module is mounted directly over the bass driver. With two midrange drivers and two tweeters facing 70 degrees off-axis from each other, the result is an ultra-wide dispersion of great sound quality.
